服務項目

一、 課程編排

(一) 課程時間表編排:依據課程時段及教室安排辦法編排 共同課程及各系所專業課程。 (二) 必修科目表(含輔系)編訂。 (三) 碩博士班修課規定(含輔所)編訂。 (四) 學程科目表編訂。 (五) 課程委員會:規劃及審議共同課程、各學系專業課程及學程科目。 (六) 僑生輔導課程:依部訂之『僑生基本學科課業輔導要點』辦理。

二、 選課(網址 https://course.nctu.edu.tw/)

(一) 課務組依據學生選課作業辦法於每學期開始選課前公告選課程序及注意事項。 (二) 網路選課: 1. 初選:分第一階段、第二階段初選,於前一學期末辦理。 2. 加退選:開學後二週內辦理。 3. 逾期加退選及系所選課輔導:加退選截止後一週內辦理。 (三) 衝堂選課:每學期限重修科目可缺課一小時,且該課程每週授課時數須達三小時及前次修課 1.       成績高於四十分。 (四) 校際選修:依校際選修申請表流程於每學期加退選截止前辦理。 (五) 選讀生選課:依選讀學分生選課申請單流程於每學期加退選截止前辦理。 (六) 停修課程:依停修課程申請表流程於12月31日前(第一學期)及5月31日前(第二學期)申請。

三、 教學反應問卷

 調查作業:每學期末依課程性質(一般、實驗、體育、完全網路、通識、服務學習、演講、個別指導、英文授課) 進行網路問卷調查。

四、 大學部傑出教學獎

為表揚教學特優教師之努力與貢獻,於每年第二學期舉辦傑出教師之選拔。

五、 教師授課鐘點核計

(一) 教師授課鐘點申報:於每學期選課結束後,依據『教師授課鐘點核計原則』,開始申報作業。 (二) 專任教師超鐘點核報:於每年6月份一次申報九個月。 (三) 兼任教師鐘點核報:於每學期發給4.5個月,通常於每月10日申報。

六、 暑期班(網址 https://summercourse.nctu.edu.tw/ )

(一) 依據暑期開班授課辦理要點 辦理,於每年六月初公告暑期班選課辦法。 (二) 選課及繳費:採「網路選課」及「繳費繳單」方式進行。 (三) 教師鐘點費申報。

(四) 停開課程退費申請。

七、 教室管理及借用(網址 https://course.nctu.edu.tw/CRManage/)

為充分運用教室空間,教室由教務處統籌管理,以學期正規課程為優先使用,其次才開放教室借用,借用教室須上網登記借用,印出申請表依流程辦理。

八、 支援其他業務事項

碩士班招生試場配置及監試人員配置作業等。

  1. Curriculum Arrangement
(1) Curriculum Schedule Arrangement: Arrange common courses and specialized courses from the departments in accordance with the curriculum schedule and classroom arrangement guidelines; (2) Compile required Subjects Table (including minors); (3) Compile course requirements for master’s and doctorate programs (including minors); (4) Compile the Program Subject Table; (5) Curriculum Committee: Plan and review common subjects, specialized courses from the departments and program subjects; (6) Counseling Courses for Overseas Chinese Students: To be conducted in accordance with the “Essential for Counseling of Overseas Chinese Students in Ministry Required Basic Subjects” set by the Ministry of Education.

(1) The Curriculum Section will post the course registration procedure and important notes prior to course registration every semester in accordance with the Student Course registration Guidelines; (2) Online Course registration: 1. Initial Registration: The preliminary registration is divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2 undertaken before the end of the previous semester; 2. Course Addition/Dropping: To be conducted within two weeks following school commencement; 3. Course Addition/Dropping Not Completed Before Time and Department Course registration Counseling: To be conducted within one week after the course addition/dropping deadline; (3) Timetable Conflict Course Registration: One-hour absence per subject retaken is allowed per semester. The class hours for the said course should reach three hours. 1. The grades for the previous course taken should exceed 40; (4) Inter-school electives: To be conducted before the course addition/dropping deadline every semester in accordance with the processes of the Inter-school Elective Application Form; (5) Course registration for Elective Students: To be conducted before the end of the course addition/withdrawal deadline every semester in accordance with the processes of the Elective Student Course registration Application Form; (6) Course Taking Termination: An application should be filed before December 31st (first semester) and May 31st (second semester) in accordance with the processes of the Course Taking Termination Application Form.

Survey Operations: An online questionnaire survey is conducted every semester according to the nature of the courses (general, experimental, sports, full internet, general education ,etc)
  1. Undergraduate Outstanding Teaching Award
In order to commend the efforts and contributions of outstanding teachers, the Outstanding Teachers Selection is held in the second semester every year.
  1. Computation of Instructor Teaching Hours
(1) Declaration of Instructor Wages: At the end of the course registration every semester, declaration operations begin in accordance with the “Principles of Computation of Instructor Wages”; (2) Computation of Full-time Instructor Wages: Nine months are declared in June every year; (3) Computation of Part-time Instructor Wages: 4.5 teaching months are distributed every semester, usually declared on the 10th every month.

(1) To be conducted in accordance with the Essentials of Class Commencement Conduction. The Summer Class Course Registration Guidelines are bulletined early June every year; (2) Course Registration and Payment: To be conducted through “online course selection” and “payment slips”; (3) Instructor Wage Declaration.

In order to fully utilize classroom spaces, classrooms are coordinated and managed by the Office of Academic Affairs, prioritizing formal courses allotted for the semester, followed by classrooms available for borrowing. Online registration is required for classroom borrowing, and the application form should be printed in accordance with the processes.
